1. Information Collected

WhatSafe collects and processes only the minimal data strictly necessary to facilitate the WhatsApp integration with your Bitrix24 account:

• OAuth access tokens and Bitrix24 account identifiers (domain and member ID).
• Open Channel dialogue IDs and message payloads routed between Bitrix24 and WhatsApp.
• Technical communication metadata (delivery timestamps and message statuses).

2. Data Security & Storage

All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS (HTTPS) encryption. Credential storage and backend routing run in secure, isolated server environments with strict access controls.

3. Third-Party Services

Data transmission involves Bitrix24 servers and WhatsApp/Meta messaging infrastructure. We do not sell, share, or monetize any user or client data with unauthorized third parties or advertising networks.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Upon uninstalling WhatSafe from your Bitrix24 account, all linked OAuth credentials, session associations, and transient communication logs are automatically invalidated and deleted from our active database.
