Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA) — WhatSafe

WhatSafe is a software integration solution provided by Dohko Technology, designed to connect the Bitrix24 platform with WhatsApp messaging services.

1. License Grant

Dohko Technology grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the WhatSafe application within your Bitrix24 account in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

The user is solely responsible for the content of messages sent and received through the application and for complying with WhatsApp/Meta Business and Bitrix24 Terms of Service and applicable privacy regulations (such as GDPR and LGPD).

3. Availability & SLA

Dohko Technology strives to maintain continuous service availability. However, service may be occasionally interrupted for scheduled maintenance, updates, or due to third-party telecommunications and API limitations.

4. Subscriptions & Pricing

WhatSafe is provided as a SaaS application. Subscription plans and pricing options are based on the number of active WhatsApp numbers and features required. Pricing details are available on our official website.
